I can create a mobile app for Hashtopolis using the Server API. 
Do you think it's useful?

btw, I have created a Pull Request about validating the attack command.

What would be the benefits of an app compared to viewing the webpage on mobile?

I haven't forgotten about the pull requests on Hashtopolis, I'm just quite tight on time, I'll try to take care about open PRs as soon as I have the time.

Sorry for the late reply. I was sick these days.
My idea of having an app is to simplify the layout of the Hashtopolis website viewing on mobile.
Of course, it does not have significant advantages.
